The Novology Pigmentation Reduction Bi-Phasic Serum is a skin-brightening serum specially designed for dry to combination (including sensitive) skin. Formulated using the patented HNR-3 technology, it blends 3.7% Hexylresorcinol, Niacinamide, and Retinyl Propionate to visibly reduce dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and post-inflammatory marks (PIH) from week 4 of consistent use.
