YDS Refund Policy
⭐ You have 7 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 7 days return policy.
⭐ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⭐ The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
⭐ Contact us at support@yourdermstore.com to begin a return. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.
⭐ The return policy is only applicable under two circumstances –
- Damaged/ defective item
- Wrong item
Video proof of unboxing the shipment is mandatory.

⭐ Order Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellation Prior To Shipment: To cancel an order or a specific item(s) before shipping, contact us in writing at support@yourdermstore.com . If this is the case, we will cancel the order and refund your money to your account within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request, provided the appropriate banking charges will be taken into account and the refund will be initiated.

Cancellation After Shipment: Please contact us at support@yourdermstore.com if you desire to cancel an order that has been sent but has not yet been delivered. Within 24-48 business hours after we have received the product(s) back and examined the packaging, we will issue a refund your money to your account. Applicable transaction fees (based on the chosen payment method) and shipping charges will be deducted, and the refund will then be initiated.
For Example: If the mode of payment is by UPI, then your refund will be processed without any deductions.
If the mode of payment is by cards – credit card, debit card & Net banking, the appropriate banking charges will be applicable when your refund is processed.
⭐ Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If the refund process has gone through and you have not received your money, kindly contact your respective banks/payment portals.
- If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@yourdermstore.com
⭐ Exchanges/Return:
- In order to receive what you want, return the item you now own and after the return has been approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Within 5-7 days, you can expect your exchange receipt.
- In the event of an exchange, INR 150 will be charged for shipment and collection.
- Video proof of unboxing the shipment is mandatory.
⭐ Exceptions/Non- Returnable Items:

Free products provided by brands.

Customized Products (Example: Lipsticks, Compacts, Mascaras etc) cannot be returned since they are ordered on demand.
