🟣 DID MY ORDER REALLY COME FROM YDS?
Your order is double checked & verified before it enters to the packaging sector and tapped with our own authenticate tape/seal. If seal/tape is broken or cut kindly inform to us.
🟣 WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY COVERAGE?
We currently deliver orders all over India even to remote areas or towns which is not covered by regular courier services. If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your address, please mail support@yourdermstore.com /WhatsApp our Customer Service (+91 7305993971) prior to placing your order.
🟣 WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Shipping charges are applicable within national of INR 100 (standard) will be calculated while you checkout your order.
🟣 HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation mail at the email ID & text message immediately.
You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped out by us.
🟣 IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are delivered to the customer within 1 - 2 working days from the date of shipping.
🟣 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking ID through the mail you provided and you will receive text message from our end.
🟣 WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

YOURDERMSTORE will not be held responsible for inadvertent delay in delivery due to forced measures like political disturbance / fog / storms / strikes / flight delays / fire / riots / natural calamities / network changes / paperwork discrepancies / octroi /act of god/ sales tax related issues, etc.
However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.
