2. Use the equivalent of two finger lengths for face and neck.
3. Reapply every 2 to 3 hours outdoors.
4. Reapply after sweating, swimming, or towelling off.

SPF 50+ blocks more than 98% of UVB rays when applied correctly. Broad-spectrum protection means UVA defense is included, which helps protect against skin aging from sun. A gel texture is preferred in humid climates for comfort and ease of reapplication.
