I am writing to express my deep concern regarding my recent order from your store, which was delivered on September 30 (delayed from the original September 25 delivery date).
I have been using this specific medication for a long time and know it very well. However, everything about this latest batch is completely different, raising serious questions about its quality and authenticity:
• Size and Quantity: The pills are significantly smaller than they used to be.
• Color: Previously, Side A and Side B had distinct colors. In this new batch, both sides are the exact same color.
• Smell: The smell of the medication has completely changed.
• Effectiveness & Health Issues: I have noticed zero positive effects on my skin from this batch. More alarmingly, after taking this medicine, I felt severely nauseous and felt like vomiting. I have never had this reaction before.
Because of this experience, I am deeply concerned and scared to order from your store again
